For the past week we have been doing a reflection of the end of the year based on memory. We had to do 20 slides there were about 6 slides on how to use a chrome book features. For a couple of slides there was like whats your fav subject. Next for a couple of more slides was who was your bests friend you had to describe them mine was aukaha the who thinks he the strongest. after that for another couple of slides of looking back, idea launch, snapshot in time to describe your, a grateful challenge so what your grateful for here is my work.
We have been doing for about one term first we had to do note taking slides. second we had to make the solar system. here is my video.
In the past two weeks we have been working on explanation writing here is my work,
In this piece of explanation writing I will be writing about why Pluto is a dwarf planet because people need to know about the solar system and space.
Pluto is considered a dwarf planet because it is too small. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) downgraded the status of Pluto to that of a dwarf planet because it did not meet the three criteria the IAU uses to define a full-sized planet. Essentially Pluto meets all the criteria except one—it “has not cleared its neighboring region of other objects.

It takes the dwarf planet 248.09 Earth years to complete one orbit around the sun. Plug all that info into timeanddate.com 's handy calculator, and we find that Pluto will complete its first full orbit since its discovery on Monday, March 23, 2178, just a few years after Neptune turns 2.
Pluto is named after a Roman god in the underworld.Pluto was reclassified from a planet to a dwarf planet in 2006 Pluto was discovered on February 18th, 1930 by the Lowell Observatory. Pluto has five known moons. Pluto is the largest dwarf planet. Pluto is third water.
The most important fact to remember is that Pluto is currently considered to be a dwarf-planet and is not considered to be a planet. Pluto was considered to be a planet until 2006. There are three criteria that planets must meet in order to be considered a planet. Pluto only meets two of the three criteria currently in place. Many scientists believe that Pluto should still be considered a planet, but until the criteria are reconsidered, Pluto will remain a dwarf-planet.

In the past week we had to learn about cultures around the world. We chose Japanese. We had to learn about what Japanese eat, famous games, their traditional holiday, traditional clothing, traditional kai, location, traditional music and beliefs and values. I learnt that... Japan is located in east Asia located in the north pasific ocean.
I now know … The japanese call their country Nihon or Nippon which means the origin of the sun.
